I am a seasoned licensed professional experienced in working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions and stressors, and trauma. My goal is to provide you with a safe space to uncover the wholeness within.

I utilize a variety of evidenced based interventions geared to help you learn to manage and heal from the challenges life is throwing at you.
I am EMDR Trained and experienced with Experiential Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Client Centered. My therapeutic approach is Narrative, in that I believe the stories we tell ourselves inform the reality we experience.

It is important to me that clients feel an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
