Hello and welcome. My name is Charity Grace, but you can call me Charity. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania with 10 years of professional work experience who is certified in trauma, anxiety, shame-informed, and telehealth care. I have experience in helping individuals who have experienced trauma, grief, anxiety, identity concerns, self-harm/ suicidal thoughts, and depression. Furthermore, I have aided individuals who have difficulties with self-esteem and self-confidence in developing increased adaptive coping skills and positive thinking. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds in an open and inclusive framework. I do my best to always meet you where you are by using perspective-taking to allow you to be the expert in your life while I provide therapeutic tools to meet your needs. I will work with you to create an open and safe environment, where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
