I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works from a collaborative standpoint. I work with people from many different walks of life, and specialize in depression, anxiety, and trauma. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, and solution focused perspective. There is always hope, and always inspiration in unexpected places. Let’s find those places together! Together we will learn how to think about problems differently, offer new perspectives, and set goals for a happier future. I am here to help you see the beauty inside of yourself no matter how dark or bleak your life may seem right now. There is always hope, and always inspiration even on the hardest days. Everyone goes through periods of sadness, loss, anger, and adjustment to new situations. You are not alone in your struggles. Don’t allow anger, and resentment that grows from adversity to impair your ability to live your true life! Life can throw some curve balls and having the skills to maneuver these unpredictable situations is paramount in the healing process. Realizing you are not alone and finding a compassionate person to assist you through your struggle are the first steps.
