Hi there, I'm Chari. I'm glad you made it here! Making the first step to look into finding a therapist is a huge achievement in itself. Finding a clinician to help you in your journey to feeling well again can be nerve-wracking, and I'm here for it. I have a straightforward approach when first meeting someone. I think it is very important to get to know you from the first session to see if this will be a good fit. My main focuses are on the treatment of Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, ADHD, Grief and guiding parents who are navigating a diagnosis for their children.
