My specialty and skill in mental health includes work with individuals, young adults and families, as well as school-aged children and adolescents. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan. I earned a Master's Degree in Counseling from Eastern Michigan University and I have worked as a counselor for the past 10 years. Healthy minds with solutions is the notion of helping clients who are struggling with life experiences or traumatic events and then working with those clients to set goals moving towards healthy solutions. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach in therapy with the goal to assist clients in developing new perspectives and strategies in dealing with complicated issues in life.
