I have experience working with individuals, couples, and adolescents. Through my work in different professional settings, I helped provide clients with independence skills in order to help them maintain their autonomy; I have skills in working with people who were a risk to themselves or others and needed more intensive, focused treatment in order to safely rejoin their communities; I have extensive training in crisis intervention and response; experience in the individual therapy setting with focuses in trauma, depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties and mood disorders.
