I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey. My passion lies in connecting with clients, helping them to navigate through difficult situations, and ultimately bringing out their strengths, improving their self-worth, and empowering them to create the life they desire. We all deserve to feel worthy, capable, and fulfilled. This is absolutely possible, despite any current challenges you may be experiencing! I have many years of experience in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, emotional regulation, anger management, building intrapersonal skills, compassion fatigue, and general stress management. I utilize many different, evidence-based approaches and techniques in session, depending on the needs of each client. I am firm believer that every person and circumstance will require individualized assessment and treatment, this is not a cookie cutter process!
