Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am licensed in Illinois, Maine, and Tennessee with 13 years of professional work experience from working in a variety of environments in the mental health field. As a therapist, I utilize an eclectic model and draw from a broad base of theoretical orientations. I prefer to assess each client's needs and meet them where they are; utilizing best practice for their specific concerns. I can help you address your stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression.
