Confronting your own pain and trauma while trying to engage fully in your life can be overpowering and mentally draining. Finding the right therapist to help manage these emotions can be exhausting. I pride myself on taking a calm yet effective approach with my clients. My experience with multicultural competency provides me with the ability to see different perspectives and meet my clients where they are. I have experience in helping youth and adults manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma and other psychiatric disorders.
