About

I am a counselor licensed in Illinois with a dual degree in Art Therapy, as well as a certified yoga instructor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, IDD, substance abuse, and ADHD. I also have a wealth of experience with trauma-informed therapy and yoga, as well as treatment with victims of abuse.
My counseling style is warm and holistic. My approach centers around the needs of the client, and combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectic-behavioral, and existential approaches. Whether what you seek is traditional talk therapy or a more alternative approach, I will collaborate with you to ensure that I meet your unique and specific needs.
