I am Chanta Virden, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas, with over 5 years of exposure with helping individuals who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma and self esteem.

My therapy style is one in which I provide a judge free, open minded safe space and place to be able to receive the support they need in order to start the healing process. I am respectful and understanding to the therapeutic needs of my clients and provided the needed support to assistance them where needed.

I have a diverse background and consider my self knowledgeable when working with individuals from all walks of life. I believe with conversation of the mind and the use of some Cognitive Behavior techniques and Solution Focused techniques, my client and I will be successful in achieving their counseling goals.
