Hello! I am a therapist with an eclectic approach but at the root of it all is person-centered therapy. I meet my clients where they are and respect you for being you. I bring to each client a respect and a sincere desire to allow you to discover and obtain your happiness. I believe that it is important for all of my clients to be able to speak freely and feel heard. I am also a firm believer in having my clients work outside of session to put concepts and ideas into practice that will better your life overall. I am compassionate but also aim to tell my clients what they need to hear not what they think they want to hear.
