I am a therapist with 20 years of experience working with families in various settings. I have worked with clients that have a wide range of concerns including relationship issues, communication issues, anxiety, depression, family issues, custody issues, and parenting issues. My specialties Include communication struggles, boundary setting, parenting issues, building relationships, and adoption.

I have a client centered and strength based approach. I find importance in helping clients find solutions and set goals. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I am very easy to talk to and very compassionate. I enjoy listening to others and in return like to assist people on their journey for a more enjoyable and less stressful life. I understand from personal experience that fertility issues and foster care and adoptive situations can be very emotional. The journey can be long, difficult, and full of many feelings and emotions. I can provide support to you if you are on this journey. I also can help clients find value in themselves by learning to identify their strengths and building positive self-esteem.
