Hello there! I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Connecticut, with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with a wide variety of issues & concerns with my clients, including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, parenting-related issues, religion-related challenges, career challenges, relationship issues, OCD and eating disorders, and ADHD-type issues. Primarily I have been working with individuals (and couples/parents) between the ages of 12 and 35 and parents of children of these ages. Additionally, I have been working with new relationships and new parents and parents-to-be.

My counseling and therapy style is interactive, question-based, with honest and thorough constant feedback. I believe in treating everyone with respect no matter their background, condition, ethnic, cultural, or religious background.
My approach is hands-on, interactive, and combines humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and dialectical behavioral therapy. Treatment will consist of the right formula for you from my training and experience and will be made together WITH you, not FOR you.

My ultimate goal: for you NOT to be coming to my office, and with my assistance, but mainly with your work, we will get you there faster than you think! ☺️
