I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within Ca. I received my master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brandman University in Riverside, Ca. I have over 22 years experience(case management, behavior health specialist, therapist) working in the public and private sector. I am experienced in working with adolescents/ teenagers, parents, individuals, couples and older adults utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, communication therapy and structural therapy etc. My philosophy is that every behavior serves a purpose and meets a need. My approach to therapy is person-centered, holistic, and eclectic when needed. Techniques include mindfulness practices, out-side-of-the box strategies, and strength-based approaches. Remember, the first step toward change is just a phone call away. I believe in meeting you where you are to work with you to address core causes of difficulty and help you better manage life obstacles.
