About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia with over 15 years of experience working in the field and providing mental health clinical services for a variety of settings including home-based services, community-based services, school settings, correctional, and residential group homes. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults. My experience and training include working with individuals who experience emotional and or behavioral disturbances which include but not limited to anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, gender dysphoria, self-esteem issues, emotional dysregulation, paraphilic disorders, suicidal ideation, lgbt-related issues and self-harming behaviors.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client centered, solution-focused and psychotherapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
