About

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. My focus for the last 14 years has been to help people with their relationships and communicate better. I have led numerous anger management groups and worked with couples and families to meet their goals. Primarily, my experience has been with LGBT couples and individuals, African American families and women, single dads and Latino grandparents. Individually, I have helped those with ADHD manage their time and emotions, those with depression to lift slightly from their place of darkness and those that are anxious to develop routines towards peace. I work from a solution focused brief therapy model and believe that each person has the answers that they seek within. I ask the right questions to guide people towards their goals and to live the best life they could ever imagine!

Our sessions will look more like a supportive conversation and less like a sterile treatment interview. Therapy should feel like a safe place where one can feel at home. I look forward to creating that space with you in a virtual way!
