I have a Master's degree in professional counseling and have been working in counseling for over 7 years. I am a licensed professional counselor, and also a veteran. I have primarily worked with adults and some couples counseling. I have also worked with veterans. I can help with anxiety, depression, PTSD issues, grief issues, motivation, relationship issues, and substance abuse challenges. I have helped people with less severe issues all the way to people with serious mental health challenges. What is your approach to therapy?  Your goals for therapy are the important part and that's what we can focus on. If you just need someone to process through things or have specific goals, I can tailor your treatment to fit best for you. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I have an open and relaxed approach to therapy. It's important to build trust, good rapport, and having a human connection with your therapist.   I am experienced helping people process through a variety of issues, and help effect better control over thoughts and emotions through CBT and DBT
