Life presents us with inevitable stressors and challenges in various forms. The view which we take in interpreting, finding meaning in, and coping with these experiences can be the difference between resiliency and suffering. I provide a blend of Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Counseling, and Mindfulness-based coping strategies. I provide short-term solution-focused counseling or longer-term "deep dives" into your personal human experience. I am a License Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) in New York with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, anger management along with conditions of emotional dysregulation.
