I’m a general practitioner with experience working with adults, teens, children, families, and individuals with diverse and intersecting identities such as race, sex, and gender. I have a way of connecting with my clients that makes them feel comfortable and safe. I prioritize person-centered care by meeting the client where they’re at, assessing needs, and tailoring treatment to fit their personal goals. The treatment that I provide is grounded on evidence-based interventions, including but not limited to trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, strength-based, solution-focused, family structural therapy, and ERP.
