I am licensed in Oklahoma and Montana, with 32 years of professional work experience. I have a nickname of the velvet hammer….I speak truth with compassion, encourage authenticity and share earthy and at time humorous insights. My approach utilizes DBT, CBT, Somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems and EMDR. I am experienced working specifically with healthcare professionals who may have occupational licensure concerns; eating disordered clients; clients navigating young adulthood; clients healing from trauma and adults healing from chaotic childhood environments.
