I am here to assist you in managing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse, or any other mental health disorder you may be dealing with at the time. Also, as a mother, I have realized the importance of Perinatal Mental Health. Too many women are trying to understand physical pregnancy changes and don't always identify the psychological needs associated with pregnancy. I enjoy working with mothers and fathers to help them through each pregnancy and post-partum healing phase. Family dynamics are critical when bringing in a new family member, and I am here to help you navigate the changes you will experience. I aim to provide a safe space and support while being culturally aware of your background. I have worked with children, teens, and adults, and I genuinely believe that taking this first step and seeking help can lead anyone of any age to a healthier life.
