Hi there! My name is Cecilia :)

I'm a clinical social worker licensed in Oregon. I've been in social services since 2007, receiving my Masters in Social Work in 2014. I've been fortunate enough to have worked in various settings including homeless services, day treatment, interpersonal violence shelters, non for profits, and general health/medical centers.

I view myself as a "flashlight" - I shine light on patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that are hindering ones ability to thrive.

CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment Theory are just some treatment modalities I use when working with folks. I use a person centered approach, meet my client where they are, and provide evidence based options that guide you towards healing. I take professional development seriously and continue my learning by attending webinars, staying up to date on the latest literature and attending conferences regularly.
