Dr. Caylee Ellingson is a Licensed Psychologist (LP) in North Dakota. She believes that authenticity and transparency help to build a solid foundation for growth and change. She believes that the relationship is so important in therapy in order to create a meaningful collaboration. She utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approach. She also has specific training in trauma-informed approaches and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). She primarily works with adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and women’s issues. She focuses on creating an environment where the client feels comfortable and supported. She aims to foster collaboration and empathy in order to create growth and change. She tries to create an experience that is calm in order to meet the client where they are at.
