My practice is limited to couples therapy. If you need premarital help or help because your relationship suffers from trauma, infidelity, or injuries from past relationships or childhood I would love to work with you! I seek to help couples recognize their “negative cycle”. I work with couples using either Gottman or Emotionally Focused Therapy. These modalities look below the surface and seek to understand the deeper “triggers” within the relationship. Consequently, communication and connection grow, conflict diminishes. I look forward to working with you.
