I am licensed in North Carolina with 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience helping clients cope with grief, loss & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I specialize in somatic therapy with an emphasis on helping a person create a dialog between their body and mind and helping a person create new thought patterns. I can offer instructions in movement and mediation.
