About

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California and have been in the field since 2015 working with adults in underserved communities. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anger, anxiety, relationship issues, and those struggling with social reintegration into the community. I have worked in both outpatient and residential settings assisting individuals with who have experienced trauma or abuse, grief and loss, as well as challenges with handling substance use.

My therapy style is welcoming, interactive, and straight forward with a side of humor. Therapy doesn’t have to be serious or dry all the time, it can be fun and exploratory as well. I want to help individuals reach their goals and provide realistic tools they can use to get there. I enjoy working collaboratively with my client’s to tailor the treatment plan to meet their unique and specific needs. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, patient-centered, and solution-focused therapy.

It takes courage to take the first step in your journey for change and I am grateful for being considered to be a part of that.
