My name is Catherine Zuzick. I graduated with my Masters in Human Services specialization in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy approaches with my clients. I have experience working with individuals that have struggled with depression, anxiety, other mood related disorders, borderline personality disorder, and substance use/abuse. I can help individuals to be able to understand their mental health concerns and to be able to manage the symptoms to make them able to thrive in their everyday lives.
