With a background in public relations across private, public, and non-profit sectors, I transitioned to earn a Master of Social Work from Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois. My professional journey led me to work in community mental health and private practice settings where I’ve assisted individuals in discovering different ways to navigate challenges and create meaningful connections. I have a unique understanding of career pivots, sandwich generations, and evolving family dynamics that lead to stress that has helped to develop customized approaches to help other navigate their own unique challenges.
