Hey there! My name is Cate and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. I’ve been working with individuals and families for six years in various therapeutic settings. Some of the areas I’ve partnered with people to address are building coping skills, self-regulation skills, behavior management strategies, building healthy relationships, managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma, and navigating life changes.

The relationship you form with your therapist is one of the most important aspects of the therapeutic process so I appreciate the investment you’re making in yourself to read about counselors and reach out. It's an honor and a privilege to get to meet so many people and share space with them through unconditional support and nonjudgement.
