About

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. I also have a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. I love to work with adults and adolescents who are feeling stuck in an area of their life, be it personal, professional, or related to family/relationships. I offer brief, solution-based therapy that tackles issues often related to anxiety, stress, and depression. We all have wisdom and courage within us, sometimes, we need help reconnecting with those strengths, and tools to move through difficult issues.
