I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Texas. I seek to provide a collaborative, supportive space for authentic connection where dynamic change can emerge.

I have previous experience in psychiatric and medical inpatient units, intensive outpatient programs, emergency departments, outpatient clinics, and school settings. My approach draws upon a broad set of clinical skills and a variety of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, and mindfulness skills.

My areas of specialty include the following: depression, anxiety, mood disorders; self-harm, suicidal ideation; spiritual, existential questioning/ crises; divorce, family transitions, single parenting; grief, loss; illness; life transitions, stress, crisis management.

I have master’s degrees in social work and divinity.
