My name is Catherine Holland. I have 22 years of counseling experience. I have a BA in Human Development from Eckard College in St. Petersburg, FL, and a MA in MHC from Argosy University in Sarasota, FL. I am an experienced and skilled therapist specializing in adult and teen trauma, and Complex PTSD. I am a certified EMDR therapist, and approved EMRIA Consultant. I am also trained and use Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment Trauma, Trauma Informed Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional-Level II, Certificate from Ringling School of Art and Design in Art and Healing Expressive Art Therapy, and a Certificate in Integrative Treatment of Attachment Trauma in Children and Adolescents I am a NC Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor for NC LCMHCA''S for full licensure.
