Are you feeling tired of the patterns and old stories that impact the development of your vitality and the best version of your life? I am inspired and honored to work with adults who are motivated to heal and release the negative internal stories, especially from trauma, that has dictated their behavior in order to create their own life worth living. I blend a mixture of training in trauma-specific modalities including somatic-based approaches, CBT, parts work, spirituality/mindfulness, and overall integration of bodywork. I specialize in healing the mind and body relationship. I am aware that a variety of individualized approaches is vital to the overall success of the therapeutic relationship.
