Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker. I am also a compassionate person who is focused on looking at your strengths. Although, I don't just praise you needlessly, I look for times when you have had successes and encourage more of it. I use a mindful awareness approach of looking at thoughts and feelings in order to get a little space from them. I am also trained in trauma therapy, and do work with your inner child, when needed. I will be a partner in helping you figure out what is best for you.

I have a variety of experiences and training. I have a Master of Science in Social Work. In addition, I also have two years of training in mindfulness coaching. My experience includes working with people with depression, anxiety, career decisions, life decisions, death and dying, and family conflict. I have worked as a therapist in inpatient facilities, and outpatient facilities.
