I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Indiana and Kentucky with over 20 years of experience working with people making change in their life. I have worked with people challenged by depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and life changing situations. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strength based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory and Family Systems.
