My name is Lainey Dugan. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the state of Ohio. I have an BA in Psychology from the University of Dayton and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati. I have both therapy and care management experience. I have worked with clients experiencing a multitude of concerns, including anxiety, depression, personality disorders, bipolar, PTSD, etc. I like to use a combination of many different modalities, including, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I understand that taking the first step to feeling better can be difficult- I like to move at your pace. I will take the time to get to know and understand you so that you feel comfortable opening up and sharing your story with me.
