I have been a social worker for 23 years gaining my license to practice 4 years ago with a motivation to help individuals navigate through life's challenges and difficulties. My experience has led me to working with issues including depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and death and dying, chronic and acute illness, compassion fatigue, divorce, narcissistic abuse and relationship issues.
I can guarantee you will be met with unconditional positive regard, respect and dignity. My goal is to provide you with a safe, calm, non-judgmental atmosphere for you to talk about issues causing you distress or concern. I will meet you where you are at, and then help you to get to where you want to be.
My treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness.
