Hello! My name is Catherine Claybrook and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Welcome to my profile. I have been a therapist for over 16 years helping individuals, couples, families, and groups find hope, enhanced well-being, healing, and restored connection. I am trained, experienced and comfortable working with a wide range of concerns including trauma, addiction, relationships, depression, anxiety, or major life changes. Sometimes we need support coping with many of life’s challenges. Asking for help is an important step in creating change and you are taking that step!
