I am a Psychotherapist licensed in the state of MI. I have 20+ years of experience working with individuals in various mental health and health care settings that have suffered from depression, anxiety, trauma, stress and chronic pain. I take a holistic approach to therapy and mental wellness. Medical issues can affect your mood and your mood can affect your health. You can help both by developing positive, mindful thought practices vs. negative thoughts which sometimes lead to negative actions.
I would like to help you on your healing journey as you move toward balance and harmony.
