Hello. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas. Counseling is my "third act," so I have a good bit of experience doing life. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, but particularly individuals who are ready to do the work needed to feel better. I enjoy clients who are able to work with me to establish goals for our work together, and who are willing to do homework assignments to help continue their work through the week. Other clients that I enjoy working with are individuals who are in life transitions, or who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and trauma.
