I received my MA in Clinical Psychology from Towson University. In 2009 I became fully licensed as an LCPC. I have helped a variety of people in different settings to reach the goals that they set for themselves.
I have extensive experience in mood disorders, anxiety, and addiction as well as many general problems of living. I see my role as that of a facilitator helping people tap into their own potential for growth and change. As a therapist, I challenge people and ask them to take risks--"If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you always get."
