I commend you for taking this first step towards prioritizing your mental and emotional wellbeing. Choosing to be on this journey of change, growth and healing shows great courage and valuable insight. At times, we all feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, and depression; experience loss, frustrations at work and challenges within relationships. At times we feel stuck, trapped in a toxic cycle or just weighted down by life's struggles. But these feelings, situations, and experiences are not the end of your story. You’re on a Journey now and it’s a journey that you don’t need to walk alone. As a therapist, I’ve worked to help individuals and couples with a variety of concerns including life transitions, coping with addictions, military life challenges, relationship issues, family conflicts and more. Using a more holistic approach, I focus on helping to nurture positive changes that would lead to living a more worthwhile and whole hearted life. Brene Brown stated "Whole hearted living is about living our lives from a place of worthiness...yes, I am imperfect and vulnerable and sometimes afraid but that doesn't change the fact that I am brave and worthy of love and belonging."
