Over the last 2 years of the COVID-19 pandemic, many people have experienced higher level of stress/anxiety/sadness/helplessness and many more. The pandemic has resulted in stressors related to quarantine, remote learning and ongoing life changes. I provide a listening ear as well as a solution-focused approach to identify how my clients can increase coping strategies as well as quality of life. I am a Dialectical Behavior Therapist who has 5 years of experience working with adults, children and adolescents. I utilize a person-centered approach to meet my clients where they are at and identify where they would like to be. I provide a non-judgmental approach to provide a safe space for my clients. When working with clients, I seek to provide a combination of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal skills in order to build a client's "toolbox".
