I am licensed in Oklahoma with 4 years of professional work experience. I spent 25 years of my life focusing on Early Childhood Education and loved working with little ones and their development. My primary job currently is providing psychotherapy at a community mental health agency and I have been employed there since 2016. I have worked with adults, veterans, adolescents, families and children. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I am a strength based clinician and I encourage my clients to focus on their own skills and talents as we work towards goals collaboratively. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
