Hello! I’m Cass, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Illinois. I earned a bachelor's degree in social work from Bradley University and a master of social work degree from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I have several years of experience helping clients navigate the complexities of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and addiction/recovery. I've worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, outpatient offices, and community mental health centers. I can assist with stress management and coping skills, improving relationships and personal boundaries, and boosting confidence and motivation. I love helping others work toward their mental health and wellness goals.

I take a holistic approach when providing therapy to my clients. My style is eclectic and addresses the intersections of the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual components of wellness. I use a variety of theories, evidenced-based practices, and therapeutic techniques to provide you with personalized, high-quality service tailored just for you.
