Hello I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina. I have several years of experience in inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings. I have been invited in to the lives of many clients with various of backgrounds. I have worked with clients living with; depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, family issues, career obstacles and much more.

I strive for my therapeutic style to be open, authentic, and professional. I desire to provide a warm safe place to allow us to explore the current challenges you may be facing. I do my best to make sure my clients are not only seen but heard. My approach uses cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing with a touch of many of others of treatments styles. I do not believe in cookie cutter therapy treatments. Each client is unique and deserves to be treated as such. We will work together to design the appropriate treatment plan for you.
