I am licensed in North Carolina with 12 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I use client centered practices and individualize the process to my clients needs and style. I value getting to know each of my clients and using solution focused methods to support clients reaching their treatment goals. I believe people want to feel their best and deserve to be all of who they are. I know learning new skills and gaining new perspective in a nonjudgmental way can empower major growth and joy in life. I love being part of that process. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can be challenging, but once done you get a partner in the journey. Although if can feel uncomfortable to put yourself out there and ask for support… it is more uncomfortable to stay in misery.
