My heart’s desire is to be able to provide a safe place for my clients to be able to process their struggles. Therapy can be intimidating or feel overwhelming but I see it as my job to build your trust so that you are able to talk with me about things that maybe you never have talked about before. My approach is to provide a validating environment while also being able to offer a neutral and direct perspective. I have helped people who suffer from depression and anxiety as well as people that struggle with substance use disorders. I also have a special place in my heart for marriages and families because I truly believe that those relationships are worth saving. I have been married for 8 years and my husband and I are foster parents. I have a faith background and am privileged to be able to offer that to my clients as well if that is what they are seeking.
