Since 2004, I’ve had a general practice in a variety of setting serving men, women, families and children.

We will work together to examine mind, body and soul needs co-creating stability and a space for healing so you can thrive and be fully present in all aspects of your life.

I'm Certified in TF-CBT, Mindfulness, Meditation and have extensive training in trauma and Somatic Approaches including Yoga, Nutrition and Integrative Interventions for mental health.

Modes of treatment: Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Behavioral Activation.

My experiences with divorce, co-parenting, parenting, healing trauma, anxiety and depression both personally and professionally has allowed me to connect in a more meaningful way with my clients.

I prefer to work with people in a way that they feel comfortable and is effective. Some individuals only use this platform to complete their therapy in written form, some people may use live sessions (which include live chat, phone, and video), and some people use a combination of these options. I encourage each individual to decide what works best for them.
